Job Description
As a Business Director, you'll have a really influential role - you'll lead a team of specialists across Media Planning/Buying, Paid Search, Paid Social, Project and Account Management, Data & Reporting and SEO disciplines.
Own and expand key client relationships, driving long-term success across clients of all levels of seniority
Define & lead clients' annual media strategy and ensure local campaign activity ladders up successfully to global objectives
Closely monitor activity to ensure the agency delivers on its KPIs, and course-correct where necessary
Motivate and develop the internal team, ensuring high standards and career growthIdentify opportunities to enhance existing client partnerships and contribute to new business efforts
Manage account forecasting, budgets, and revenue targets effectively
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate significant experience at a senior client services level (Senior Account Director and above) within a media agency.
You'll be a natural at internal and external stakeholder management and building relationships will be your comfort zone. As well as knowing your way around offline and online media channels and campaigns.

£60,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience
