Business Manager
With a focus on strategic planning and future direction, the Business Manager will lead and manage all non-teaching aspects ensuring the business is equipped to meet the ever evolving requirements necessary to succeed and thrive as an independent school.
With the educational experience and wellbeing of all pupils and staff at the forefront of your priorities, the role will require a sharp focus on Business Development, Finance, Human Resources Management, Estates, Catering & Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Compliance and IT infrastructure.
This role incorporates the position of Clerk to the Governors and reports directly to the Board of Governors. Ideally you will have proven managerial experience in a comparable role which has included financial management, policy compliance, service delivery, resource management and leading and motivating teams.
