Danesfield School is an Outstanding, two form entry primary school with approximately 460 children. We have a unique setting in the middle of Rasslers Wood and the children are extremely fortunate to have such lovely grounds in which to play and learn.We pride ourselves in developing the children's love for learning to enable them to reach their full potential. Our school have developed so much in recent years with the introduction of Forest School, pigs and chickens, Tree houses, Learning Gardens, a dedicated Science block and digital suite adding to our wonderful woodland setting.

About the role
Are you ambitious, enterprising and positive? Can you think outside the box to find solutions, whilst maintaining the highest of financial standards? If so, then we have just the role for you. We are looking to appoint a dedicated School Business Manager to join the school's Senior Leadership Team.You will be responsible for shaping the future financial strategy and driving school improvement to achieve the best outcomes for the school. The role will include effectively managing finances, HR, Health and Safety, and site support.
About you
You will have a track record in financial management, project management and HR. You will be a forward-thinking individual who shows initiative and flexibility, be the ultimate team player - leading by example and bringing out the best in the staff you manage.Previous experience of working within a school environment is preferable.
