Assistant Principal

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and values‑driven Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who believes in the transformative power of education and who wants to make a real difference for young people and the community we serve.

We are intentionally flexible about the specific remit of this role. We want to recruit the right person, not fit the right person into a pre‑determined job description. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will be shaped around their strengths, experience and passions, aligned to the strategic priorities of the school.

The Role

As Assistant Principal, you will:

• Play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the school
• Be a visible, compassionate and principled leader
• Support staff to deliver high‑quality teaching and learning
• Lead improvement within an agreed remit based on the expertise of the successful candidate

The final area of responsibility will be agreed with the successful candidate to ensure the greatest possible impact for our students and community.
