Responsibilities:

The Claims Service Delivery Assistant plays a vital support role within the Claims & Adjusting Operations function, contributing to claims and adjusting management as well as operational activities across our global footprint. This position is essential in ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery across multiple offices and lines of business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of operational support tasks, including maintaining the Operations Helpdesk, monitoring the integrity and accuracy of DWF Claims global data, and driving optimal claims operational efficiencies and best practices.

Additional responsibilities include providing operational and system support to clients, markets, and colleagues.

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential
  • Education to GCSE level in Maths and English (Grades A – C)
  • Previous experience in Claims/Adjusting Operations or Claims/Adjusting Administration
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
Desirable
  • Experience and understanding of the London & Lloyd’s market
  • Ability to identify process improvements and adaptable to change
