Job Description- Manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics department and drivers.
- Coordinate and oversee deliveries and fleet management.

- Manage logistics personnel and conduct performance evaluations.
- Report on logistics performance metrics.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative strategies.
- Maintain relationships with transporters and suppliers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Transport Operations Manager should have:
- Previous experience in managing a fleet operation.
- Strong knowledge of transport and distribution operations.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software.
- Proven ability to manage a team.
- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £44,000 per annum.
