Premises Officer
There will also be some occasional weekend work. You will be joining a fantastic team of skilled and enthusiastic individuals. This is a varied role and no two days are the same. You will be hard working, flexible and efficient and have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with contractors, visitors to the college, staff and students.
Passionate about providing the best possible facilities for our children, you will have good attention to detail and will take pride in the service the Premises Team provide. Due to the flexible nature of this role, it is highly desirable for applicants to have access to a vehicle for travelling between sites if required.
Candidates will need the following experience and qualities: Organisational skills
Problem solving skillsProficiency in IT applications Resilience and prioritisation skills

This is a very exciting time for Ellesmere College as we continue to expand from 1 site to 3 sites. We have now settled into our Knighton Fields Centre and our Post-16 provision plans are in place for a new site. These additional sites provide bespoke educational opportunities for our Post-16 students and our students with the most complex needs, in particular those with communication and interaction difficulties including complex autism.
