Senior Financial Accountant

I am working with a rapidly growing food & beverage company located in London. They are hiring for the role of Financial Accountant and seeking someone who is ACA qualified with previous experience as a financial accountant or in a similar role.This company is one of the leaders of the food & beverage industry and are experiencing rapid growth and continuous expansion. This role will suit someone interested in working in a social office environment.
Your New Role
As a Financial Accountant you will play the crucial role of ensuring financial record accuracy. Some key responsibilities of the role include:
- Preparing weekly cash forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Updating the company's forecast model.
- Financial reporting, prepare the annual statutory accounts under FRS 102.
- Liaise with external accountants.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
- General ledger management.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
ACA qualified or hold a similar professional certificate.
- Top 10 trained ideal, but not essential.
- Strong communicator.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and regulations.
- Previous experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role.
