Nursery Manager -Preston

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our nursery in Preston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, proven leadership skills, and a passion for creating a nurturing, safe environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure a stimulating environment for children.

Develop educational programs aligned with early years standards.

Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a positive nursery culture.

Communicate with parents, addressing concerns and tracking child progress.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Manage recruitment, occupancy levels, and maintain high quality practices.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year managerial experience in a nursery setting.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Experience in early childhood education and child development.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Passion for ensuring children's safety and well-being.
