As a full 360 consultant, you will be running your own desk, with the expectation of winning new business/clients to service, in order to consistently grow the desk out.

There are clear and concise progressional routes throughout the business, with markers that are achievable to get to that next step (with a pathway right through to director level).

THE BENEFITS

Basic salary - Up to £40,000.

+ Commission structure (25% of everything over Threshold)

1 year+ recruitment agency experience is essential. Will consider any recruitment sector experience.
