Murray Recruitment are excited to offer an excellent forthcoming opportunity for an Administrator in Lanarkshire on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks to cover sick leave.
Key Responsibilities: Check and process engineers’ timesheets accurately and efficiently.
Type and format letters and other documents as required.Answer telephone calls promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Redirect telephone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
Reliable and professional demeanor.
What We Offer:Salary: £11.50ph
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm
Holidays: 25 days of Annual Leave plus 8 statutory holidays
