  • Implementing processes that will improve efficiencies across the department
  • Line managing 6 people
  • Ensuring statutory requirements and returns are complied with

The Successful Applicant

The successful Payroll Operations Manager should have:

  • Experience working in a payroll function
  • Line management experience
  • Knowledge of Public Sector payroll and pensions processes
  • CIPP Qualified (Or working towards)
