We have a closely knit team of experts who have a strong attention to detail and willingness to think differently. We are looking for someone to join our Operations team at SURI, helping us build a strong and efficient supply chain.

We have an immediate opening available for a Supply Chain and Logistics Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and managing our global logistics and fulfilment operations to maximise efficiency and productivity. They play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, carriers and our 3PLs as well as ensuring on time delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

Logistics:

  • Freight Negotiation & Bookings: Manage bookings and maintain effective communication with suppliers and freight carriers.
  • Inbound Management: Book deliveries in with 3PL and ensure Unleashed (inventory management system) is up to date at all times to track stock levels and incoming shipments.
  • Packing Lists & Documentation: Create packing lists and other necessary documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • System Updates: Regularly update and maintain accuracy in Unleashed.

Fulfilment:

  • Order Management: Handle wholesale, retail, and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) orders, including allocation of stock, raising orders, booking deliveries, and monitoring the entire process.
  • Shopify Order Management: monitor all DTC orders, working closely with customer service to solve problems, update orders when needed and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Compliance Review: Review and manage non-compliance issues and chargebacks, ensuring orders meet retailer and partner requirements.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with commercial teams and other internal departments.

Inbound and Goods Receipt (GR) Management:

  • Managing Inbounds: Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure timely goods receipt (GR) processes.
  • B2B Orders: Place orders for B2B clients and ensure timely delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Track, manage, and follow up on any issues related to inbounds or order fulfilment.

Packaging:

  • Stock Monitoring: Oversee packaging stock levels to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Purchase Orders (POs): Place POs for packaging materials and manage supplier relationships.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure packaging materials arrive on time to avoid disruptions in fulfilment processes.

E-commerce:

  • Shipping Management: Manage shipping rules, holiday calendars, and order fulfilment settings.
  • Platform Management: Work within Shopify and Blade (Warehouse Management System) to manage orders, shipments, and inventory efficiently
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years previous experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain management
  • Solutions driven problem solver
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail and capable of multitasking
  • Experience with inventory management systems (Unleashed preferred but not essential)
  • Familiarity with freight booking processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and track shipments.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and WMS systems.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Confident in excel
