Compliance and Estates Assistant

This will include coordinating and ensuring the timely completion of audits, risk assessments, Health and Safety checks, and the review of Estates policies, ensuring that all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards and that a positive Health and Safety culture is promoted among school staff.The key responsibilities of the role are outlined in more detail in the attached Job Description.The role requires someone highly organised, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Some experience in compliance, risk management, or other Health and Safety experience is preferred, along with some previous experience of using compliance software / data management systems.We offer a competitive salary, a supportive and friendly and supportive working environment and a range of benefits including opportunities for continued professional development, a cycle to work scheme, on site free parking, membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme and access to an Employee Assistance Programme and virtual GP service.This vacancy is part time, with flexibility in exact working hours, and term time only.
