Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Inverness
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience/qualifications
Details:Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator to be based in Inverness. This is a full time role working within a busy property sector office environment. The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent standard of customer care and to undertake a varied administration workload. Duties include:
Providing administrative support within a busy property sector office.Dealing with enquiries and booking client appointments and viewings.
Updating and maintaining accurate client records.
Uploading property particulars.
Marketing administration including online and social media posts.
Dealing with a range of contacts including factoring, repairs and maintenanceUpdating documents.
Post duties.
Photocopying and scanning.
Additional ad hoc administrative duties in support of the Director and a small team.
Person SpecificationPrevious administration experience.
Professional office experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
Flexible and adaptable.
