Job Duties:
- Provide tailored support and guidance to Key Stage 3 students in English and Maths with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create engaging and accessible lesson plans to meet individual learning needs
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialist knowledge and training in SEN education
- Experience working with KS3 students
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in SEN education
- Additional training in specific learning difficulties

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
