We are recruiting for one of the Coolest New opening Hotels arrived in Hoxton! Long revered as London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel London Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display.

With 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

Seeking an extraordinary Floor Manager, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example.

As our Floor Manager, you will receive:

• Salary: £32,000 per annum plus generous TRONC

As our Floor Manager, you will:

• Have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation.
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team
• Lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service
• Be building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
