Comfort Circle Care Recruitment is recruiting experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants for supported living, mental health, and complex care services across Teesside.

We work with providers supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Mental health needs
• Challenging behaviour
• Complex support needs

We are looking for reliable staff who can pick up flexible agency shifts across Middlesbrough, Stockton, and surrounding areas.

The Role

You will support vulnerable adults within residential and supported living environments while promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care.

Duties Include:

• Personal care and emotional support
• Supporting daily routines and activities
• Managing challenging behaviour appropriately
• Supporting community access
• Completing daily notes and care records
• Medication administration where trained

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience
• Experience in supported living, mental health, autism, or LD services preferred
• PMVA/MAPA training desirable
• Enhanced DBS preferred
• Drivers highly desirable
• Flexible and reliable attitude
