Witley C of E (VC) Infant School is seeking to appoint an experienced or aspiring LSA to join our team and to provide general classroom support, lunchtime supervision, and support for children with additional educational needs. Joining our learning support team to provide general classroom support and to work with children with additional needs in our schoolTo be responsible, under the direction of the Class teacher, for the care and welfare of the children in the class they are assigned to and to assist with their learning
To be responsible, under the direction of the Class teacher, for the care and welfare of children with special educational needs on a one to one basis and to assist with their learning
To work alongside, and under the direction of teaching staff in planning, preparing and assessing the curriculum to help children access the school curriculum, develop their confidence, self-esteem and independence
