Parts Advisor
Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a change of industry or a step away from regular weekend work?
Our client based in Stoke is seeking a Parts Advisor to join them on a permanent full time basis 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Responsibilities
As Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for:-
Supporting the parts teamAnswering incoming calls
Responding to messages
Taking parts orders over the telephone or over the trade counter
Exploring customer needs to identify correct parts required
Booking in parts delivery in to stores and onto stock system
Making calls to existing and new customers to sell parts
Sourcing parts from suppliers
Processing job cards
Arranging manufacturer returns
Chasing customers for payment
Maintaining H&S in the front counter area and in the yard
Operating fork lift and all other parts department associated duties..
Skills required
Working as part of a team, you will:-
Provide exceptional customer service at all timesPrevious experience of working in a parts / or on a trade counter for at least 12 months is essential to be considered for this role
Up-selling
Clean driving licence is essential
Availability to work 2 in 5 Saturday mornings as overtime is required.
Benefits
In return our client is offering a salary £26,000 - £27,000 plus opportunity to do paid overtime, 22 days paid holiday, plus statutory holidays, pension, DIS, Company Sick Pay Scheme, additional employee benefits, company uniform.
