Job Description- Oversee all company accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
- Monitor, direct and develop the company's financial plans and projects.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks and investments.
- Collaborate with other managers to align financial management with business strategies and practices.
- Stay current with changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Develop and manage relationships with financial service providers and auditors.
- Manage the financial reporting team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
- Ensure financial compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Qualified Accountant
- Proven experience in a managerial finance role, preferably in the property industry.
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and management skills.
- Strong understanding of economic and financial trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to strategise and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Generous annual leave of 26 days plus bank holidays.
