Senior Complex Care Support Worker
We require a Senior Complex Care Support Worker for 35 hours a week to join a small, dedicated team, providing 24-hour support to our 24-year-old male client who is based in a village close to the King’s Lynn area.
Our client has Cerebral Palsy, complex needs, and communication difficulties. He has severe epilepsy and requires 2-1 day care and waking night support. He attends college 4 days a week. He loves music, festivals and days out.
Our client is a very sociable young man who experienced an acquired brain injury at the time of his birth. He has complex learning, health and physical disabilities.We are looking for a skilled, organised, reliable senior to work along side our team leader who have a positive mindset and a good sense of humour to support him with his needs.
All applicants will need to complete manadatory, specialised training and an induction.
Ideally you will be available to work days and night shifts.
Rates of pay:
Weekday daytime hours (Monday to Friday): £17.00 per hourWeekend daytime hours (Saturday-Sunday): £18.00 per hour
Weekday night (Monday to Friday): £17.00 per hour
Weekend Night (Saturday-Sunday): £18.00 per hour
An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
