An exciting opportunity in Cambridge for an Principal Optical Engineer working on the development of quantum information systems.
As the Principal Optical Engineeryou will have a strong focus on designing optical setups for optimizing quantum optical devices, this engineer will bring experience and expertise to the team with potential growth into management responsibilities.
Skills necessary:
- PHD in Physics, electronic engineering, or related discipline
- Experience developing optical microscopes
- Experience in free space and fibre optical systems
- Experience with tools such as MATLAB, Zemax and Python
