Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide an excellent customer experience by planning, creating, and distributing content across our brand portfolio to help raise brand awareness.
• Work with the franchise network, supported by the Sales & Marketing Manager, to gather stories and content for digital publication.
• Write and edit regular external communications in the form of PR for the franchise network, then share these across the website and social media pages.
• Develop a new blog to help push information out to the public.
• Participate in regular marketing calls with franchisees, responsible for following up on actions discussed to help develop their local businesses through marketing channels.
• Keep the website up to date, including overseeing the maintenance of content and imagery, ensuring it is relevant and correct.
• Support regular email marketing by designing and implementing e-shots within the FORCE 24 system.
• Promote different aspects of the business through the creation of project outlines and plans for key sector campaigns, liaising with key stakeholders.
• Support in any corporate trade shows, meet the buyer events, and the Annual conference event with marketing materials and relevant merchandise.
• Research and purchase new merchandise, conduct regular stock take of marketing merchandise.
• Compile the internal quarterly newsletter and research new content ideas.
• Liaise with external suppliers and printers to reorder literature and other materials needed.
• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in all relevant marketing tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Positive can-do attitude and a fast learner.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently manage and prioritise workload.
• Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes.
• Keen to keep up to date with the latest marketing trends.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress programmes is an advantage.
• Experience in creating written content is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Confident communicator with good attention to detail and accuracy.
