Business Support Officer (AMHP Hub)

The Approved Mental Health Professional Hub provides specialist assessments under the Mental Health Act 1983 for Calderdale residents at times of mental health crisis, working closely with the Mental Health Social Work Team.
You will be integrated within the Hub to provide a range of administrative support, including planning and coordination of meetings and events, circulating agenda papers, minute taking and ensuring follow up actions are progressed. You will also be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards.
The successful applicant will have excellent keyboard skills, proven minute taking skills and be able to prioritise their own workload, whilst working as part of a busy team. Excellent communication and customer care skills are also essential.
