Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor needed in Sutton

The rate is £15.19ph PAYE

Part Time- 26 hours per week

The successful candidate will provide effective caretaking support, portering, security and maintenance of the site. They will be ensuring that day-to-day running is efficient and avoids wastage.

They will oversee and report on security of the site, ensuring premises are open and locked at the required times and providing safe access for staff and learners in the event of bad weather and will undertake a range of internal and external workplace reactive and scheduled inspections, safety and user checks, (tools, ladders, fixtures etc) having a proactive approach and logging issues with Line Manager.
