A new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a leading business based in Guildford.
Job Description- Creating sales invoices.
- Managing the timely flow of invoices and pro-forma's
- Working with clients and colleagues in Operations and Account Management.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to enquiries.
- Building and developing excellent working relations with key clients and colleagues.
- Provide supporting documentation for clients and auditors.
- Comply with information security regulations, principles and obligations in line with ISO.
- Maintain software and data encryption in line with compliance and relevant data protection laws globally.
- Experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- May be studying towards an accountancy qualification.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures and the sales ledger.
- Adaptable to change and works well under pressure.
- Experience working with multicurrency is desirable.
