Page Group are pleased to be partnering with an industry specialist manufacturer based in Barnsley who are now looking for a new Customer Service Manager. This role will be pivotal to supporting business objectives, and will be the face of the business to B2B customers across Europe & Asia
Job Description- Manage b2b customer interactions via phone and email
- Provide customers with support around all enquires and information on their orders
- Process customer orders accurately and within agreed SLA's
- Manage customer complaints and issues in a proactive manor
- Keep customers updated on the progress or potential changes with their orders
- Work closely with logistics and 3rd parties to arrange deliver of customer orders
- Ensure all customer information and data is record accurately
- Support sales function with pricing, customer support or and administrative requirements
- Experience in a similar Customer Service or Account management type role
- Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, export or industrial environment
- Customer focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist manufacturing business as their new Customer Service Manager.
Based in Barnsley, the role will be working Monday to Friday on site, 7AM to 3-30PM
Salary on offer of £36,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
