Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the CRM database, ensuring accurate and clean data tracking.
- Support product launches by coordinating digital marketing efforts.
- Suggest new ideas to optimise CRM and social media content, driving growth in subscriptions and followers.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Klaviyo.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and trends.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and meta tagging.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude and a collaborative working style.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
