Role Overview:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll dive headfirst into the world of recruitment, focusing on the industrial sector. You'll be part of a collaborative team that thrives on the thrill of finding the perfect fit for both candidates and clients.

The primary focus of this role is to support our Business Manager in growing the location and expanding our industrial recruitment services.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively secure new vacancies through innovative and dynamic sales and business development initiatives.
• Deliver comprehensive recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff, expertly managing the entire process from start to finish.
• Generate high-quality leads for sales activities from a diverse range of sources.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for speculative calls and client meetings with unwavering determination.
• Collaborate with seasoned consultants, gaining invaluable insights into the recruitment process and industry trends.
• Champion our industrial division, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their recruitment needs.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease and maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
