Your new company
A busy primary school based in Sutton Coldfield is looking for an Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. This is a long term role to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
The role will entail dealing with telephone enquiries to the school and supporting with chasing attendance calls. You will also deal with staff and pupil registers and information relating to free school meals. The role will also include preparation of reports/letters/minutes of a confidential nature.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
