E-Moped/E-Bike Mechanic

The role
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled mechanic to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our fleet of e-mopeds and e-bikes, ensuring they’re always in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Repair and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in e-mopeds, e-bikes and cargo bikes.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as brake adjustments, tire replacements, and chain lubrication.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty components, including batteries, motors, and controllers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest electric vehicle technology and repair techniques.
Customer Service:
- Interact with customers at the repair desk to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule and manage repair appointments efficiently.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of repair work and costs.
- Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Proven experience in motorcycle or bicycle mechanics, preferably with experience in electric vehicles.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Knowledge of basic electronics and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Moped license and CBT.
