Highly experienced in managing P&L and financial performance, with a sharp eye for driving revenue growth and ensuring budgets and forecasts are met.A hands-on leader who is proactive and independent, able to manage day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.Outgoing and approachable, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both the team and guests, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.Presentable and professional, leading by example and ensuring the restaurant maintains high standards of service, presentation, and customer experience.Passionate about British cuisine and committed to delivering exceptional food and service, with a deep understanding of the importance of quality and authenticity.
