Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and addressing customers' inquiries in both Dutch and English
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Reporting on customer feedback to improve products and services
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Executive should have:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on Saturday occasionally
