We have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our dynamic team as a Porter/Caretaker in West London! This role is your chance to be the backbone of our property, ensuring smooth operations while engaging with our wonderful community.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for all who enter
- Mopping, hoovering, dusting, cleaning of all communal areas
- Assist with daily property operations, ensuring everything is in order.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks to keep our space safe and functional.
- Be the go-to person for residents and visitors, providing outstanding customer service.
- Monitor the security of the property, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
- Previous experience in a caretaker or similar role is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Working Pattern:
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMTuesday/Friday (Bin Day): 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
