Liaison Administrator
Job overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised Administration Assistant to join the Mental Health Liaison Service . The applicant will provide admin support to the multi-disciplinary team working with a client group with mental health difficulties There will be some telephone contact with clients and therefore, good communication skills are essential.This is a busy and friendly service, based at Manchester Royal Infirmary.
Main duties of the job
Working 22.5 hours per week you will be providing comprehensive and confidential support to the service over the weekend and Mondays. Duties will include answering and dealing with telephone enquiries and inputting to the patient information system.You will be expected to produce work within tight schedules and to a consistently high standard. You should be able to work on your own initiative in addition to team working. You should have exceptional organisational skills, IT skills are essential and you must also be able to prioritise workload and respond to any enquiries in a professional manner.

Person specification
Education
Essential criteria- Good level of Maths & English
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria- Have experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Have experience of working in an office environment that ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times
Skills/Ability
Essential criteria- Effective time management skills
- The ability to navigate IT systems, Inc. Excel and Word
