Skills/Qualifications:

We’re looking for a Global Facilities Manager to manage our facilities team and global offices at Redgate.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone with extensive experience of facilities management and leadership, who can ensure smooth delivery of building and facilities management projects at the same time as keeping day-to-day operations running.

You’ll be responsible for facilities management across Redgate’s global offices. We’re looking for someone who can confidently and capably handle these global offices while maintaining high quality BAU service delivery.

As our Global Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in workplace office projects and ensure ongoing compliance with health & safety and environmental reporting.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience of working with external contractors, from building management contractors, surveyors and architects to project managers and facilities suppliers. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that Redgate is compliant with health and safety regulations, and the successful candidate for this role will need an IOSH Managing Safely accreditation at minimum.

As well as having the practical and technical skills necessary to succeed in the role, you’ll also be responsible for line management of the facilities team. As a leader, you’ll need to be able to develop and maintain a high-performing team, setting clear goals and direction and giving them the support they need to execute against our facilities strategy.

You’ll also be working collaboratively with other departmental managers (as well as with the wider business) to deliver the work environment and office services that Redgate needs.

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at a high level. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing challenging projects with outstanding service delivery.

If you’re looking to take the next step in your facilities career, this could be the role for you.
