We at One Percent Forest in Woolton, Liverpool are looking to add a new face to our incredible team. The role is for a FT Keyholder. The ideal candidate will have barista/cocktail experience, a passion for hospo + friendly service skills.

We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to serve the local community with high end specialty coffee, cocktails + a small food menu in a safe and comfortable social space..Responsibilities:

• The opening + locking up of venue including cashing up.
• Assisting in the supervision of a team day-to-day
• Have a passion for coffee and specialty drinks.
• Display a great attitude with customers and co-workers, build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Have the ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Reporting to the GM + AGM consistently.

Additional pay:

• Cash tips daily, card tips fortnightly

Schedule:

• Must be available most weekends.

Experience:

• Specialty Coffee: 1 year (required)
• Cocktail/Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
• Previous keyholder experience: 1 year (preferred)
