**Job Title: Lead Clinician****Location: Kestrel House School, Crouch End, London**
**Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)**
**Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm**

**About the role**
We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team atour Kestrel House School based in Crouch End, London.. The postholder will
work collaboratively with both the school’s Senior Leadership team and the
Locality Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the
team and holding a therapy caseload. The postholder will be responsible for
coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.
Working collaboratively with the site, you will deliver bespoke assessment and
intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of
need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental
trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will also be
responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite
clinical team.
You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full supportof our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing
Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training and consultation.

Working within overall framework of the service policies and procedures, youwill be supporting the integration of the specific service in the day to day
running of each provision i.e., standardised assessments and clinical
services. A key aspect of the role will be to deliver the wellbeing and
clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced and specialist level to
support our wider teams in meeting our pupils’ needs in line with set
Education, Health Plan (EHCP).

**Essential Criteria:**- Recognised degree in either, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or doctorate in Psychology.
- Registered with the HCPC and own professional body.
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
