About the role
The Property Services Team are seeking to recruit a Customer Service & Resources Administrator to help support the delivery of its Property Repairs Services.
This role requires the post holder to respond to enquiries regarding property repairs from multiple streams, log repairs within an IT system, schedule resources and liaise with officers, operatives, and contractors to deliver an efficient and effective service.The ideal candidate will be hard working, dependable and able to deliver consistent excellent customer service.
You should be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and be proficient in using standard MS Office systems at an advanced level. Experience of other IT systems such as Technology Forge and dynamic scheduling tools would be an advantage.
You will need to be proactive and organised to ensure that all works are allocated and completed within given timescales. The successful candidate will be well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads when faced with conflicting demands.
