About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting people with daily living skills
  • Promoting independence, choice, and dignity
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Encouraging participation in community activities
  • Supporting with communication and emotional wellbeing
  • Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
  • Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
