About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities may include:- Supporting people with daily living skills
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Encouraging participation in community activities
- Supporting with communication and emotional wellbeing
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
