For this purpose you and the Clinical Director should have a copy of the current job plan including up to date work programme, and relevant statistical information (preferably over a 12 month period) together with notes provided by either side of any new or proposed service or other developments.Local procedures must be followed if it is not possible to agree a job plan, either initially or at an annual review. These procedures culminate in an appeal to the Trust Board. You will be required to undertake Medical Revalidation every five years and to ensure General Medical Council (GMC) confirms the continuation of your licence to practice in the UK.
