They’re looking to bring a night shift Assembly Operator onto their team - someone who doesn’t mind working behind the scenes, but who knows just how vital their role is in the bigger picture.What your nights might look like:
You’ll be assembling mechanical parts - carefully, accurately - with a focus on quality and safety. Over time, you’ll also test those parts to meet customer specs training is provided for that. You’ll log your progress, meet hourly targets, and report any issues if something isn’t running quite right.
You’ll help keep the workspace in order and look for small ways to make the process smoother.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has done similar work before - ideally in a manufacturing settingFeels confident following written instructions
Can stay focused and meet production goals without constant oversight
Is flexible, adaptable, and willing to chip in when needed
Works well with others, even if they’re not the loudest in the room
Can solve minor issues
Is open to occasional overtime if the team needs it
It’s a bonus if you also have:
Experience with industrial paint sprayingA forklift licence
Confidence using and reading measuring tools
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Salary: £33,387.90 inclusive of shift premium
