Job Title: Account Manager I
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office

Reports to: Account Manager II

Overview of Role

Join our Client Development team at BHN and work with our flagship telco clients. You'll manage relationships within the Incentive and Recognition programme and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. This role offers the chance to engage in exciting projects and support various internal initiatives within our growing company.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients to ensure account retention and high client satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver day-to-day program elements efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Collaborative Work: Partner with our creative, technology, and finance teams to achieve seamless program execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse program data to generate insights and proactively recommend improvements for performance and engagement.
  • Incentive and Recognition Campaigns: Support the team in delivering engaging incentive and recognition campaigns from brief to delivery, including creating email and web communications, updating our website, testing, and reporting on programme performance.
  • Financial Management: Ensure excellent financial management of programs, including accurate estimating, forecasting, invoicing, and ensuring profitable project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Confident Communicator: Excels in verbal and written communication, confident in presenting to clients, building rapport with colleagues and clients. Passion for helping clients achieve their goals is essential.
  • Detail-Oriented: Has a keen eye for reviewing briefs, copy, and analysing data.
  • Organised and Efficient: Manages multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders independently.
  • Team Collaborator: Works well in a team, is creative, shares ideas, and is proactive.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with relevant experience in client-facing roles or engagement programmes.
