This role will see you working closely with the growing team to develop your skillset, handling a varied caseload of both contentious and advisory commercial Employment matters.
To be ideal for this position you will have gained between NQ and 4 years of experience as an Employment Solicitor, with a keen interest to pursue a career in this area of law. You will be working on matters such as:
Redundancy and RestructuringDisciplinary, capacity and grievance action
Settlement Agreements
Tribunal cases
