Staff Nurse – Part-Time Nights
Hours: 24 hours per week (2-night shifts)Hourly Rate: £21 - £22
Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team on a part-time basis, working night shifts in a medium-sized nursing home that provides high-quality residential and nursing care for older adults. The home has a well-established nursing and care team, supported by an experienced activities coordinator, ensuring a holistic approach to resident well-being.
What We’re Looking For- Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration.
- Experience: Post-registration experience in a nursing home or similar care setting.
- Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing CPD and upskilling.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
