Warehouse Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Challenge-trg Recruitment team as a Warehouse Operative for a major high street supermarket focused on homeware products in Leeds, LS25 6PT.

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

• £11.95 per hour
• A good opportunity for overtime is available and is paid at time and a quarter.

Shifts:

This is a full-time role working:

• 4 on 4 off: 7am until 7pm

The Warehouse Operative role includes:

• Goods In/Unloading
• Putting items away
• Picking (either manual or via automated functions)
• Despatch/Loading items
• Returns

What do we expect from you as a Warehouse Operative:

• This role will involve lots of manual handling and some heavy lifting up to 25KG.
• Applicants must be physically fit as there is a lot of manual handling and some heavy lifting up to 25KG.
• Our perfect worker will have accuracy whilst picking at speed and show good attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
