What you'll do:
As a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of people management within a large-scale logistics operation. - Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources to design and execute tailored people strategies that address the unique needs of logistics teams operating across several sites.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior operational leaders by providing expert guidance on workforce planning, business challenges, and long-term value creation.
- Champion core human resources initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning to ensure future readiness.
- Partner with internal HR specialists to develop and deliver programmes focused on enhancing the employee experience and driving engagement at all organisational levels.
- Provide day-to-day coaching, support, and advice to managers on complex ER matters, employment legislation, and company policies to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Drive change management initiatives by supporting teams through transformation projects while maintaining focus on employee well-being and productivity.
- Utilise HR data and analytics to monitor trends, generate actionable insights, and contribute meaningfully to strategic decision-making processes.
What you bring
To excel as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will bring substantial experience managing human resources functions within complex organisational structures—ideally spanning multiple sites or regions. Your background should include deep familiarity with employment law as well as hands-on involvement in employee relations cases.A keen eye for detail when analysing HR metrics will enable you to provide valuable insights that shape business outcomes. - A degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field is required; CIPD accreditation is highly desirable for this position.

- Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law combined with practical expertise in employee relations and supporting line managers through challenging situations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while building trust-based relationships throughout the organisation.
- A valid UK driving licence is necessary due to travel requirements between sites; comfort with hybrid working arrangements is important for success.
- Experience designing or implementing people-focused programmes that enhance employee engagement is highly valued in this context.
