We are looking for a young and dynamic Management Trainee/Intern to join our team in London.

Our company is seeking an intern who is enthusiastic and eager to learn about our company by helping different departments. During your time with our team, you will be identifying and pitching to potential Parcelly Locations, analysing data, and taking notes during meetings.
As an intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned to you by your supervisor and possess strong teamwork skills to support your team. Additionally, you will assist with current campaigns as well as work on upcoming projects.
Roles & Responsibilities- Identify and pitch potential Parcelly Locations
- Assist businesses through the onboarding process in becoming a Parcelly Location
- Maintain good relationships with existing Parcelly Locations
- Manage partner interactions utilising Parcelly's proprietary tech and CRM tools
- Provide Customer Service to business partners and individual customers
- Provide operational, administrative and product testing support to other departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for business, tech, logistics or ecommerce
- Organised, diligent and hard-working
- Enthusiastic supporter of local businesses!
- Strong eagerness to learn and work with various departments in the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 4 days work from office and 1 day work from home
