What will you be doing?- Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- On-board new accounts with precision and care, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and track them using our CRM system.
- Proactively manage client accounts to drive retention and re-engagement.
- Stay ahead by monitoring stock, back orders, and delivery schedules.
- Become a product expert, staying informed about market trends and customer demands.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, either over the phone or in person (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A natural team-player with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
